About 15 years ago I bought a device called a NitroFlex in hopes that it would help me keep in shape. Up to 1.5 years, hopes didn't help with my expanding waste line. On Monday September 28 (during my workout), the steel pin that held the nitrocell to the crossbar broke. Luckily, there was a support strap and a screw that prevented the nitrocell bar from shooting forward; otherwise, I think I would have gotten a 1.25" thick bar in the back of the head.
My quest for fitness continues unfettered, we have decided to invest in a BowFlex unit (arrives on Thursday) - just in time for the long weekend.
