Well it took 2 calls on Monday but it appears everything is setup, configured, and explained where weirdness exists (e.g.: Internet is now rolling under TV). We will wait and see the bill.

So David surprised me yesterday when he told me he wanted an iPhone for his anniversary gift. Of course that is outside of our spend limit, so I agreed and only contributed our agreed upon limit. This morning we did our running around (Vet, Costco, Pet Food Source, Perth's, and then MTS Connect). After outlining what we wanted to do, the service agent started converting my plan, adding David's phone, and supposed to be setting up the Total Internet package on the two phones. That is when the problems started.
First, the MTS processes didn't outline how to convert an account on a Month to Month (my phone) with Internet 50/5 and the bundle. After searching the database, he ended up calling MTS Activation support. After working with MTS Activation support for about 20 minutes, we were told they would setup the the phones and plans then work on migrating the internet account. Once the account changes are done they would give us a call. When we were finally done with the plan setup, upsales attempt, and the final signatures we were at MTS Connect for 45 minutes. Well, its now 7pm and according to my MTS Services, I have two cellphones (check), Internet 50 (sort of correct - should be Total Internet), and MTS Ultimate TV (ABSOLUTELY WRONG). I will be calling MTS sales on Monday - very pissed with IDC Communications.
Just a quick update. Max is doing great, he has been on an oral steroid, eye steroid, and anti-biotics for the last 13 days (another 8 days for the anti-biotics). We know he is feeling a lot better because of the amount of trouble he is getting into. Max is currently fascinated with the bathroom garbage cans and their contents. For the past two days I have been cleaning up the mess in the bathrooms because we keep forgetting to close the bathroom doors. I think it time we get another dog just to keep Max under guard :-).
So i have been working on the new server, trying to get everything setup, tested, and released for this weekend. The machine that I was getting ready to transition to decided to die today. Stupid power supply. Of course this is going to delay everything.
In the mean time, I will continue to work on the security, monitoring, and other tasks that I am planning on adding to the new implementation.
Well Good News Everybody! Max contracted another cold (3rd one since we got him in December) and it really made him look horrible (eyes all gross, snot everywhere, chain sneezing). I ran him to Crestview Veterinary Hospital on Friday, and the gave him his antibiotics and steroids. After three days of being on the meds, he is back to his normal affectionate self - too Dobbies disappointment (he was getting used to Max sleeping all day).
